Which data do we process?

• Contact details such as name, email address, phone number and your message when you submit the form.
• Project information you voluntarily share to discuss a question, quote or collaboration.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser information and logs for security and error analysis.

Why do we process this data?

We use personal data to answer your request, contact you, prepare or perform projects and comply with legal obligations.

AI scan assistant

If you use the AI scan assistant, we process your name, your company name, the content of your chat conversation and technical metadata (such as IP address, browser information and referring page). The chat content travels through our self-hosted EU gateway to the configured AI model provider to answer your question; that external model provider processes your message on its own infrastructure, outside our control and possibly outside the EU. Do not share sensitive or confidential data in the chat.

Retention

Conversations with the AI scan assistant are kept for at most 180 days and then automatically deleted. Messages you send through the contact form are stored in a secured log file and managed manually for as long as needed to follow up on your request; they are not deleted automatically.

Analytics and cookies

For basic statistics we use Plausible Analytics without cookies or personal profiles. More details are available in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or object to processing. Email info@craxit.be to exercise your rights.
